Profile isn't ugly. But the front end is awful. You can see a sebring hiding behind LED'ed goggles. Shame cause the side looks decent to me.
This really is nothing more than a rebadged Sebring, but I guess Chrsyler needs something to peddle to rental fleets now that the Caliber is dead. Had one for a weekend and it is the textbook description of cheap transportation.
I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But I can name 5 cars that I would rather for the money, but that is my opinion.
The car looks good if only the front end didn't remind us of the Sebring. So close to a fresh new start Chrysler. Yet. Still not there yet.

@Shane but they are better cars than this (a lot of cars a better than the 200) I can name about 5 sedans in this price range i would rather have.

Btw 128 isn't BMWs base car. It's more like a 116 or 118. That's pretty basic but What about the a3 or an A or B class. They are no better really. They need to reach more people namely the middle class people

The cheapest car BMW has today would be a base 128i n the interior to that car is way nicer then this! No comparison. Like it was said earlier maybe comparable with a e30 BMW from late 80's
That 200s interior is so plasticky plastic-ish. The center console isn't fit for Lada. The seats look less comfy than a beach chair. The armrest looks like...well they match the rest
I worked at BMW. To find such a cheap old looking crappy interior you would have to go as far back as the late 80s or early 90s. I'm thinking of e30 and e34 kind of stuff. Saying newer ones would look so cheap would be an exaggeration sir
@john I didn't say all cause yes high end bmws look amazing inside, but I have sat in more than half a dozen newer BMW base models that were only ehh
@ John, in both of ur opinions, the base bmws of any series, arnt that special, but once you get to higher end ones, this looks like a chevy cruze interior

You know why it feels wrong in my opinion? Because it tries to mimic a luxurious interior with cheap materials. Make it basic and simple. Don't try to imitate a classy car with materials even Toyota would refuse to use. It looks gross. Pig wit makeup

The current HEMI was carried from the one introduced in the 2003-current Ram. It was called the Magnum HEMI then, just HEMI now.

In fact thanks to the charger they resurected the Hemi engine again in 2006 the charger is no family car is an American legendary muscle car to this day and it's important to keep the legend alive, why else would fast n furios movies have this as

I've driven these and a manual was the last thing I thought of. It's a freakin boat and a manual would suck eggs. The auto is plenty manly enough on this car...Mustang or Camaro, absolutely manual, but this and (dare I say) the Challenger are sedan platforms and deserve an automatic.
The Challengers are supposed to be offered with a supercharger in the near future.
Alex, tell you what we should really do: Just put the Challenger on a diet. There's no way a "sports coupe" should weigh as much a sedan. The Charger is a competent car, three times the ones that represented the name in the 70s/80s. Be grateful.
Still, dodge does so much with the charger and so little with the challenger that the charger will end the higher performing car, thus rendering the challenger pointless.
@Alex I haven't exactly seen a family in a hemi charger... the challenger is cool but if you want something with muscle but more practical the charger is better
My point is that making the charger have all this power is a waste when the challenger is the car that needs more power to keep up with the other cars in it's class. By letting it fall so behind camaro and mustang, dodge is ensuring it's discontinue
What would happen when you install an aftermarket hood or "bonnet" would it still erect up high like that. LOL :)

You can take the hood completely off, it does not lift up, you take off the hood place the bars then put the hood on top.
Hate lift up hoods, ya they look awesome but for tall people like me I always hit my head on them haha

The charger. Dodge dug it's grave by investing all this energy into what has essentially become it's family car that quite frankly embarrasses the charger nameplate. A car that has become your average family car is hardly worthy of a 400+ HP hemi.
Please quit doing shit with charger and invest time in making the Challenger up to level with the camaro and mustang. The challenger is the only real sporty performance car from chrysler until the viper is back. Cut all the performance shit on
