The Scion FR-S Soapbox Racer

The Scion FR-S Soapbox racecar recently participated in the Red Bull Soapbox Race in downtown LA.
Scion is on the verge of launching their first ever compact sports car. To commemorate the occasion, the Toyota subsidiary has taken their FR-S Five Axis Concept and produced a mini version for the Red Bull Soapbox Race. The munchkin FR-S was designed to build hype for the car's forthcoming debut. The soapbox racer participated in the world's (probably) foremost race of its genre that also includes a 90 degree banked turn and two jumps.

The car was built in hilarious proportions and was piloted by Formula Drift Racer Daijiro Yoshihara. The Red Bull Soapbox Race is held bi-annually and is located in downtown Los Angeles.
