Chris base corvette does i believe 4.2-3 ish and that is a professional driver with no wheel spin.

Peter - I agree, and I'm gonna add with transmission gearing, you can adjust the top speed. So gearing is most of the top speed, along with some hp influence
I don't really see why top speed is relevant. It's the one spec on a car that few people ever check. Even if you drive it on a track, very few have straights long enough.
The freaking huge bently has a higher top speed and not much slower then the 0-60

I think this is the best car to come out of lotus so far, I'm sure in a few years they will have one even lighter and more powerful

I don't like front end as much as a vantage, and it seems like it should be faster, but those rims are the greatest thing ever. They would make my grandmas buick look sexy
The v-12 vantage is still my favorite looking car, I personally like it a lot more than a one-77. This is pretty cool though too.
Currently, my dream car.... But that changes about once a year haha. Just love how its proportioned, and the engine and the name...everything.

I remember the top gear review, and the guy who did it couldn't get the speedometer up because the dash is a computer screen, he did a 1/4 mile and all he knew is that he was somewhere south of London lol
Only bad thing about this car is that there is no glass engine cover. But other than that, it's a fantastic car.
