Cosworth Teams With Subaru To Give The Impreza STi CS400 a Tuning

Cosworth gives the Subaru Impreza STi CS400 a tuning. The end results from the tuning kit give the Subaru a much faster outlook and performance as well. The highlight of the package is that with the new adjustments, the STi CS400 can go from 0-62 mph in a lightning fast time of 3.7 seconds.

English tuner Cosworth has given the Subaru Impreza STi CS400 a tuning only for the UK market. The end result is a much faster overall performance over the standard STi. Under the hood, the Impreza STi CS400 will generate its power from the familiar 2.5-liter turbo engine that has been increased to produce an output of 395hp and 398 lb-ft of torque. The STi CS400 can accelerate from 0-62 mph in just 3.7 seconds and has a top speed of 155 mph.

The exterior will feature a new front bumper, rear spoiler, mesh grille and new fog lights to accompany a new set of 18-inch alloy wheels. The paintwork comes in a choice of red, dark grey or silver while the interior will feature Recaro front seats and a Piano Black center console. The suspension has also been lowered by 10mm. The ECU has been tweaked as well to increase the overall performance of the car. The STi CS400 will be very limited to only 75 units. Pricing begins at £49,995.
