Porsche Cayman 750HP CTR 3 by RUF

RUF Automobile has given the Porsche Cayman some extra speed, increasing the overall performance to a whopping 750 horses.

German tuner RUF Automobile has announced plans to reveal their latest modified supercar, which is based on the Porsche Cayman. The new package is codenamed the RUF CTR 3. The tuned Cayman features a newly developed body shell that is not based on any previously existing mid-engine concept. This shell is entirely made from a Kevlar-carbon composite and has been aerodynamically designed for top speed.

The interior of the RUF CTR 3 offers Alcantara and leather and specific customizations to the buyer's preferences. Under the all-aluminum hood, power is generated from a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat six-cylinder that delivers an output of a jaw-dropping 750hp and 708 lb-ft of torque. The Cayman CTR 3 can reach a top speed of 236 mph and accelerates from 0-62 in an almost lightning blaze time of 3.2 seconds. A longer wheelbase provides for a better handling system.

The passenger compartment is also protected by the firm's latest version of their Integrated Roll Cage which has been integrated into the A-pillar and tube frame. RUF has also added a set of 19-inch ZR wheels in the front and 20-inch wheels in the back. There is no word yet when the Porsche Cayman CTR 3 will make its debut or any clue regarding pricing.
