Geneva 2011: Volvo V60 Plug-In Hybrid

Volvo wants a piece of the hybrid market, but they know they'll need something new in order for anybody to take notice. So when they decided to make a hybrid version of the V60, they made a diesel-electric plug-in hybrid, which is indeed something different. The batteries will only carry the plug-in V60 31 miles in pure electric mode, which really isn't very far, but the efficiency of the diesel engine should earn it some extra points with the EPA.
