Buick Teases Encore CUV Again Ahead of Detroit

The reveal of Buick's new crossover, called the Encore, is only a few weeks away.

Buick has just released another teaser shot of their upcoming CUV, called the Encore, only a couple of weeks before its official debut at the Detroit Auto Show. Few details are known yet, other than that Buick claims the new model "will offer contemporary styling and...QuietTuning technology, and a host of features and amenities." Based on what we see here today and the previous teaser showing the front headlight, we can't help but wonder if Buick has simply built a baby Enclave.

The Encore will likely take styling cues from the Envision crossover concept first shown at the Shanghai Motor Show last April, but even that car looked like an updated, but smaller Enclave. We'll have full details just after New Year's when the 2012 Detroit Auto Show opens its doors.
