Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 Crashes into another 911 by the Nurburgring

A drunk Chevy Cruze driver has seriously damaged two 911s, including a rare GT3 RS 4.0.

There are only 600 2012 Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 models in the world, and the whereabouts of one is quickly becoming known to the whole world. Photos have just come into the CarBuzz offices from German site input-aktuell, and they depict one of the rare aforementioned hardcore units severely damaged in a crash with another Porsche 911 GT3 RS MkII.

A Chevrolet Cruze was also injured in the dust-up and seems to be the culprit for this mauling of supercar machinery.

The German site reports that the crash took place near Kemperinch near the Nurburgring racetrack. Apparently the 39-year old Cruze driver was drunk, crossed the center line and drove straight into the first Porsche 911. The car then continued into the second immediately following the impact. Fortunately no-one was seriously injured, however the German police have accounted for $342,785 worth of damage during the incident. Somewhere, an angel has lost its wings.
