Leaked: Is this the Next Generation Saab 9-3?

A leaked photo has arrived of what is most likely the Saab 9-3 sedan.

In the last two weeks, we have witnessed leaked photos of the Toyota Prius C city car, the 2012 Subaru Impreza sedan and hatchback and earlier today (and last week) the former's FT-86. Well, in keeping with that tradition of 'leaked long before its scheduled for its debut,' comes a sketch of what we think is the next generation Saab 9-3. Though the photo is a bit grainy and obviously a scan, we can still make out some details of what the new 9-3 could look like.

The sketch depicts a shorter and sportier version of the Saab 9-5. Its fastback roofline/rear end hints even further that this is probably the Swedish company's new smaller sedan. In any case, this leaked sketch comes from Autoblog, by way of Swedish outfit SvD. The company, which was just sold to Chinese firms Pang Da and Youngman, will be banking on the 9-3 to be a winner for the newly-acquired company.
