Repainted black having originally been light blue, the car, bought by Presley and co-signed by his father Vernon, was used to transport Elvis and his band to gigs across the Southern United States before making its way to the Elvis Presley Museum and later the Elvis-A-Rama Museum in Las Vegas. Bonhams estimate it will be sold for between $100,000 and $150,000 when it goes up for auction in California on 12 November.
