Spied: New Photos of the 2012 Subaru BRZ Coupe

New photos have emerged of the Subaru BRZ testing around the 'Ring.

Some new photos have emerged of the 2012 Subaru BRZ Coupe running around the Nurburgring. The Japanese automaker's new coupe has been seen in see-through guise at the past few auto shows, namely in Frankfurt at the 2011 IAA and in Geneva. The new photos show the heavily camouflaged BRZ coupe at the Nurburgring testing before its full debut at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show in November.

The Subaru BRZ should feature a 2.0-liter horizontally-opposed 4-cyldiner engine that can pump out around 200hp. Power will be sent to the rear wheels by way of either a manual or automatic six-speed transmission. The Subaru BRZ will be badged Toyota overseas and Scion in the U.S., the first time the three names will be put on the same car. It will debut in November at the Los Angeles Auto Show and be followed-up with an appearance at the Tokyo Motor Show later this year.
