Spirra Straight from Korea

Chances are that you probably haven't heard about the Korean automaker Oullim Motors. This little known Korean company is responsible for the Spirra, the country's first supercar. Now this isn't some exotic supercar powered by a weak engine, rather the Spirra is the real deal. It comes powered by a mid-mounted Hyundai-sourced 2.7-liter V6 that's capable of producing 175 horsepower. This is only for the base Spirra N model, so don't fret just yet.

As you climb upwards in the model range, it gets better. The Spirra S adds a turbocharger, resulting in 330 horsepower, and the Spirra T uses a larger turbo which ups the output to 400 horsepower. At the top sits the Spirra EX and its twin-turbo V6 that achieves 500 horsepower, bring this on par with the likes of Lamborghinis and Ferraris. Each Spirra is handmade and made up of a carbon fiber body mounted on a tubular spaceframe. This is definitely not your average Korean Hyundai.
