Insight is the Hybrid for the Common Man

Even though the Toyota Prius has been and continues to be a sales success, the overall price of the vehicle vs. the money saved on gas has not always been a strong selling point. For those who care about green living, then no doubt will the slightly higher cost premium be worth it. However, for the so-called "common man", spending the extra money for a hybrid is not always financially justifiable.

The Honda Insight is here to change all of that. For a base price of $20,000, one can buy a five-passenger hybrid vehicle. While it's smaller than the Prius, it still has typical Honda build quality inside and out. Now it can make economic sense for anyone to buy a hybrid.
