Cooper has come a long way since it was first introduced in 1959. For the 2011 model of the MINI Cooper Convertible, owner BMW
has presented us with plans to produce the Cooper Convertible Roadster. The 2011 Convertible Roadster will be based on the MINI Cooper S platform with a very unique model. It will feature a small cloth convertible roof and no rear seats mean more trunk space. The 2011 Convertible Roadster will be outfitted with a 1.6-liter V4 engine with a twin scroll turbocharger that'll deliver 175-hp.
