2011 Mercedes-Benz CL65 AMG- The Larger CL63

The 2011 Mercedes-Benz CL65 AMG appears to the eye to be a larger version of the lesser CL63 AMG, but does get a few unique styling cues of its own. The CL65's lone grille bar is wider than the one seen on the CL63, with the lower front splitter getting a metallic treatment. Out in back it's essentially the same story. The car gains some chrome accents below its bumper and oval exhaust outlets.

The biggest news for the 2011 CL65 AMG is under the hood. The power center of the CL has received a modest bump from 604 to 621 horses, and new exhaust gas turbochargers are largely responsible for the increase in power. The engine has been detuned in order to work with its robust five-speed automatic transmission and driveline. Adding to the complete package is the CL65 AMG's astonishing fuel economy it's sure to be a hit with green conscientious buyers.
