Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe

The E-Class Coupe, like the Sedan, now evokes the latest design language of Mercedes-Benz. Whether one likes it or not, I think the Coupe looks better than the Sedan in its current form. In general, the sweeping look at the rear three-quarters panel just looks more appropriate on a sportier looking coupe. With a $50,000 base price, the Coupe (also available as a Cabriolet) doesn't come cheap, but what it thrives at most is it being a stylish luxury cruiser.

It's not as sporty as a BMW 3 Series Coupe and nor does it try to be. It does everything well and has a choice of either a standard 3.5 liter V6 or an optional 5.5 liter V8, with each mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission. If you're looking for a serious luxury sport coupe, then consider the BMW or the Audi A5 and leave the country club style cruising to the E-Class.
