Many of us may not have ever heard about Overfinch, but they are the company that has been responsible for modifying Range Rover SUVs for some time. Now, news coming from the tuner is that its been placed into administration, the United Kingdom's equivalent of a receivership. Reasons for this are debt, something which Overfinch has plenty of, and its cash-flow situation is not allowing it to keep up with what it owes.
Under administration, it can continue to do business while administrators search for a buyer. Reports indicate that the team of administrators are confident that it will only take a few weeks for someone to step in and bail this company out by purchasing it. That would be great news for the staff of 20 over at Overfinch, as well as those Range Rover fans who love what the tuner produces from the lineup.
